Vedova the 80’s

At the upcoming edition of Miart, Galleria dello Scudo will present a focus on Emilio Vedova’s work from the 1980s. Circular works of various sizes—the “circle-form” that he himself defined as “a possible dimension of ‘other’ feeling”—appear alongside canvases of overwhelming chromatic force. The exhibition is rounded out by a group of sculptures, which also exemplify the artistic language of one of the undisputed leading figures on the international art scene.
