Artist
He was born in Berlin in 1895 and in 1909 he moved to Milan, where he met the futurists. In 1919, in Paris as a correspondent for the "Corriere della Sera", he began his artistic career alternating journalism with painting. In 1928 he discovered Etruscan art, which struck him deeply; thus inaugurates its peculiar stylistic code.
