From 28 October 2022 a new appointment at the Galleria d’Arte Moderna Achille Forti in Verona with CONTEMPORANEO NON-STOP. Il respiro della natura format, in the prestigious location of Palazzo della Ragione, headquarters of the GAM.

This new edition is dedicated to the water element, in its Latin meaning AQUA, intended both as a place of life, spring and purifying, and as a destructive and chaotic element.

Galleria dello Scudo participates in the initiative with three works by Giovanni Frangi that represent the element of water in its “pure” and life-giving meaning, a generator of meanings capable of reinserting the beauty and amazement of experience in the cycle of life.

The works of the artists involved (Stefano Cagol, Giovanni Frangi, Fabrizio Gazzarri, Daniele Girardi, Patrizia Maïmouna Guerresi, Maria Teresa Padovani, Jaume Plensa) create an emotional path in which the water motif takes on the trend of a “musical score”: the notes, in this case the works, from an initial infinite “suspended” time evoked by the video projection of Stefano Cagol , will move towards the “adage” of One tought fills immensity, the poetic work of the Spaniard Jaume Plensa, in which a drop of water falls rhythmically on a brass plate causing a rattle that spreads throughout the room.
